长期以来,4115型柴油机缸套、缸体存在着较严重的穴蚀问题,如工厂做60小时运转抽验检查,就发现靠缸体挺杆室一侧的缸套外表面有一群群蜂窝状细小磨坑,即缸套已发生穴蚀损坏。如经用户使用一年多,缸套再进一步穴蚀,就会穿透缸壁,致使冷却水窜入气缸,使柴油机不能正常使用。缸体经二、三年的使用,在靠近挺杆孔侧下止口处水封槽的上缘,也冲蚀出深浅不一的沟痕,沟痕一经串通,橡胶封水圈失去封水作用,冷却水漏入油底壳中。由于铸铁缸体不易修理,加上个体用户修理条件与技术水平较差。因此只好将它报废更换新缸体,从而给用户带来不必要的经济损失。
