近年来,随着企业“走出去”战略的落地,集团经营规模的不断扩大和经营环境的日趋复杂,财务管控能力面临着严峻挑战。同时信息技术的不断发展,企业财务系统不断升级换代,业务系统、资金管理、费用管控、影像管理、电子凭证管理等财务外围辅助系统日趋完善,依托信息技术的基础,财务共享服务的效能也日益凸显,财务共享模式的出现,影响了整个财务行业的发展,财务共享服务中心已经由概念变成了实践。本文着力分析对财务共享的认识、建设,所面临的困难及所预期的成果。
