利用腐蚀电化学原理,建立了一般大气环境混凝土中钢筋锈蚀量的预测模型,结合工程调查结出了模型中参数的具体确定方法;进一步考虑环境相对湿度和钢筋表面水膜对氧的吸收能力,对公式进行修正,并分析了钢筋锈蚀量与混凝土强度、保护层厚度、钢筋直径和锈蚀时间的关系。
Based on the electrochemical principle of corrosion, a predictive model of the amount of corrosion of steel bars in general atmospheric environment concrete is established. The specific determination method of the parameters in the model is established in combination with the engineering survey. The relative humidity of the environment and the absorption capacity of oxygen on the surface of the steel bar are further considered. The formula was revised and the relationship between the amount of steel corrosion and the strength of the concrete, the thickness of the protective layer, the diameter of the steel bar and the corrosion time was analyzed.
