随着年龄的增长,遭受着腰腿疼痛折磨的大有其人,好多人又不得不接受楼梯的“考验”。对于上下楼梯或久坐后膝盖疼痛的老人首先要尽量减少上下楼梯的次数,并在必须上下楼时,掌握“病腿在下边”的技巧。
