本文报告应用T淋巴细胞亚群和B细胞的单克隆抗体对几种儿科疾病患者外周血相应细胞的变化进行研究,目的是了解这些疾患对机体细胞免疫功能的影响,探讨疾病与上述细胞变化的关系。 This article reports the application of monoclonal antibodies to T lymphocyte subsets and B cells to study the changes of peripheral blood cells in several pediatric diseases in order to understand the effects of these disorders on the cellular immune function and to explore the relationship between these diseases and the cellular changes relationship.
