学习困难学生(简称“学困生”)问题在西藏中小学不同程度的存在,研究采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法对这一问题进行调查与分析。研究发现,学困生现象的产生与学生自身的基础差、对学习缺乏兴趣、学习态度不积极、学习动机弱、认知策略和元认知策略欠缺、学习的自我效能感差、学困生家长的文化水平偏低、家庭经济困难及教师职业认同感较低、工作积极性不高等因素有关。建立学困生的帮扶机制,加强师资队伍建设,加强学习动机的激发与学习方法的指导,加强藏族学生学习心理,尤其是汉语言习得心理的研究将有助于西藏学困生问题的解决。
The students with learning disabilities (referred to as “students with learning difficulties”) have different degrees of existence in primary and secondary schools in Tibet.
