重点工程项目因为建设周期长,参加设计、施工的单位多,所以整个项目形成的档案如图纸、文字材料、各种施工记录等,往往数量较大,少则几吨,多则上百吨,并且内容涉及设计、施工等方方面面几十个专业,这些都给重点工程项目档案的收集、整理、保管等带来了困难。那么怎样才能保证重点工程项目的档案完整、准确和整理系统呢? 几年来,我省档案局科技档案指导处先后参加了国家、地方80多个重点工程项目的可行性研究论证、初步设计的审查、工程项目的竣工验收,以及在建设时期的检查、指导等。从这些工作的实践中我们体会到,保证重点工程项目档案的完整、准确,要抓好四个环节。 Due to the long construction period and the large number of units involved in the design and construction of key projects, the archives formed by the whole project are often in large quantities, ranging from drawings, written materials and various construction records, from a few tons to as many as a hundred tons. In recent years, the Archives Science and Technology Archives Guidance Department of our province has participated in the feasibility study and demonstration of more than 80 key projects at the national and local levels and the preliminary design review , The completion and acceptance of the project, as well as inspection and guidance during the construction period. From the practice of these works, we realize that it is necessary to ensure that the archives of key construction projects are complete and accurate and that they have a good grasp of the four links.
