目的探讨对叶大戟种子油的超声辅助提取效果及其脂肪酸分析。方法以出油率、酸值为指标,以石油醚、正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯等不同极性溶剂为提取溶剂,选择最佳提取溶剂超声辅助提取对叶大戟种子油,并采用GC-MS分析了对叶大戟种子油的脂肪酸组成。结果以石油醚为提取溶剂时,对叶大戟种子出油率最高,其次为正己烷,最低为二氯甲烷。以石油醚为提取溶剂时,对叶大戟种子油酸值低,出油率高,色泽也明显小于其他溶剂;通过GC-MS检测发现,超声辅助提取对叶大戟种子油含有5种脂肪酸成分,含量分别为a-亚麻酸50.85%,亚油酸17.62%,油酸13.88%,棕榈酸5.61%,硬脂酸2.22%,其中a-亚麻酸含量最高、其次为亚油酸、油酸,总不饱和脂肪酸含量为82.35%。结论超声辅助提取对叶大戟种子油中a-亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸被称为人体必须脂肪酸且含量较高,具有较高的开发和利用价值。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of eucalyptus oil and its fatty acid analysis. Methods Oil extraction rate and acid value were used as indexes. Petroleum ether, n-hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate and other polar solvents were used as extraction solvents. The best extraction solvent was selected by ultrasonic to extract Euonymus japonicus seed oil. The fatty acid composition of Euphorbia seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS. Results Petroleum ether as extraction solvent, the Euphorbia seed oil yield the highest, followed by n-hexane, the lowest dichloromethane. When using petroleum ether as extraction solvent, the content of oleic acid was low, the oil yield was high and the color was also less than that of other solvents. The results of GC-MS showed that the ultrasonic extraction of Euphorbia sativa seeds oil contained five kinds of fatty acids The content of a-linolenic acid was 50.85%, linoleic acid was 17.62%, oleic acid was 13.88%, palmitic acid was 5.61%, stearic acid was 2.22%, the content of a-linolenic acid was the highest, followed by linoleic acid, oleic acid , Total unsaturated fatty acid content of 82.35%. Conclusion Ultrasound-assisted extraction of a-linolenic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid in Euphorbiaceae seed oil is called human essential fatty acids and high content, with high development and utilization value.
