袁德兴等人发表的“公共场所环境卫生质量监测模糊综合评价”一文(本刊1990年第6期),试图用模糊数学中的模糊综合评价的方法进行公共场所环境卫生质量的评价。由于以下3个缺陷,致使该文未达到作者所希望的目的。1.该文将公共场所环境卫生分为5个方面,即噪声、CO_2、空气细菌、微小气候、照度;这个提法不贴切。按照公共场所卫生标准,公共场所环境卫生应包括3个方面,9个子项目。即(1)微小气候:温度、湿度、风速;(2)空气质量:CO、CO_2、粉尘、细菌总数;(3)噪声、照度。故该文按3个方面或9个项目进行评价为宜;而且文中提供的方法
Yuan Dexing et al. Published a paper entitled “Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Environmental Health Quality Monitoring in Public Places” (No. 6, 1990), trying to evaluate the quality of environmental sanitation in public places by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics. Due to the following three defects, resulting in the article did not achieve the author’s desired purpose. 1. This article divides environmental sanitation in public places into five aspects, namely noise, CO 2, air bacteria, microclimate and illuminance; this formulation is not appropriate. According to public health standards, sanitation in public places should include three aspects and nine subprojects. Namely: (1) Microclimate: temperature, humidity and wind speed; (2) Air quality: CO, CO_2, dust and bacteria; (3) Noise and illumination. Therefore, the article according to 3 aspects or 9 items evaluation is appropriate; and the method provided in the article
