针对2015版国家标准《公路交通工程钢结构件防腐技术条件》对公路工程钢结构防腐提出更环保、更节能的宗旨,本文阐述了一种环保型高铝锌基环保合金涂料在公路工程钢构中的使用,研究了材料的防腐蚀原理、环保节能性以及经济性,为公路交通工程钢结构件防腐提供了一种环保、节能、创新型的高效涂装新材料和先进可靠的涂装工艺技术。
