目的了解3~6岁儿童神经心理发育的状况,探讨儿童神经心理发育与其家庭养育环境的相关性。方法将2016年6月-2017年4月来北京市房山区妇幼保健院进行入园体检的401名3~6岁儿童作为研究对象,采用0~6岁小儿神经心理发育量表对其进行发育水平的评估,同时采用3~6岁儿童家庭养育环境量表其家庭养育环境进行问卷调查。结果家庭环境因子中忽视/干涉/惩罚与儿童大运动得分成正相关;除活动多样性/游戏参与外各因子均与精细运动成正相关;语言/认知信息、情感温暖/自我表达、社会适应/自我管理与语言成正相关;除环境气氛外各因子与社交能力均成正相关(P<0.05)。结论儿童神经心理发育和其家庭养育环境因素存在关联,创造良好的家庭养育环境有利于儿童神经心理行为的发展。
Objective To understand the neuropsychological development of children aged 3 ~ 6 years and to explore the correlation between neuropsychological development in children and their family rearing environment. Methods A total of 401 children aged 3 ~ 6 years old who were admitted to Fangshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing from June 2016 to April 2017 were enrolled in this study. The children aged 0 ~ 6 years old were used to develop the neuropsychological development scale Level of assessment, at the same time using 3 to 6-year-old children’s family rearing environment scale questionnaire survey of their family rearing environment. Results There was a positive correlation between ignoring / interference / punishment and scores of children’s grand movement in family environment factors; each factor was positively related to fine motor activity except for activity diversity / game participation; language / cognitive information, emotional warmth / self-expression, social adaptation / There was a positive correlation between self-management and language. There was a positive correlation between each factor and social ability except for the atmosphere (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between the neuropsychological development of children and the environmental factors of their family rearing, and the creation of a good family rearing environment is conducive to the development of neuropsychological behavior in children.
