混凝土的冻融剥蚀破坏是我国北方地区混凝土建筑物老化的主要原因之一。混凝土冻融剥蚀破坏对工程危害较大。影响混凝土抗冻性的主要因素包括:水灰比、含气量、混凝土的饱和状态、混凝土受冻龄期、水泥品种及集料质量、外加剂及掺和料。提高混凝土抗冻性的措施包括:掺用引气剂和减水剂及引气型减水剂;严格控制水灰比,提高混凝土密实性;加强早期养护或掺人防冻剂防止混凝土早期受冻。
Concrete freezing and thawing erosion damage is one of the main reasons for the aging of concrete buildings in northern China. Concrete freeze-thaw erosion damage to the project larger. The main factors affecting the frost resistance of concrete include: water-cement ratio, gas content, saturation of concrete, concrete subject to freezing age, cement type and aggregate quality, admixture and admixture. Measures to improve frost resistance of concrete include: admixture of air-entraining agent and water-reducer and air-entraining water-reducing agent; strictly control water-cement ratio and improve concrete density; strengthen early curing or admixture of anti-freezing agent to prevent early freezing of concrete .
