鼻咽喉部恶性肿瘤的颈淋巴转移在临床比较多见。对有些病人来说,淋巴转移是其早期症状之一。颈部淋巴组织约有淋巴结75个,占全身淋巴结的25%～37.5%,易受邻近器官癌瘤的侵犯而受累。最近10年我院诊治的鼻咽喉部恶性肿瘤524例,有颈部淋巴转移者214例,占40.84%。鼻腔和鼻窦(上颌窦多见)肿瘤 Cervical lymph node metastases of nasopharyngeal and throat malignancies are more common in clinical practice.
