目的观察并研究采用静脉穿刺置管(CVC)为患者进行静脉输液治疗的疗效情况，探讨中心静脉置管的临床应用特点与护理方法，以及临床使用价值及意义。方法回顾性分析21例中心静脉穿刺置管术。结果21例全部穿刺成功；导管留置时间平均1w；导管相关并发症发生率低。结论中心静脉置管安全可靠，可减轻患者痛苦，提高临床护理质量，具有较高的推广应用价值。“,”Objective To observation and study the clinical ef ect of venous transfusion treatmentfor patients with intravenous puncture catheter (CVC),and to explore the clinical value and significance of CVC.Methods Retrospective analysis of 21 cases of central vein puncture tube insertion.Results Al the puncture of 21 cases are success.Catheter indwel ing time was 1W, and the incidence of catheter related complications was low.Conclusion The center venipuncture is safety and reliable,which is of high popularization value.
