Sjgren综合征(SS)和EB病毒(EBV)的关系尚不清楚。以往的研究均证明EBV DNA或蛋白质几乎都在涎腺上皮细胞内而不见于淋巴细胞中。作者对完全符合诊断标准的7例中国SS患者的涎腺手术切除标本及8例作对照的涎腺标本(涎腺病2例、瘤旁正常涎腺组织6例)进行研究。 结果表明,DNA原位杂交在7例SS中有4例表达EBV DNA,对照的涎腺均阴性。阳性者中,30%以上的淋巴细胞及上皮细胞见杂交信号。每个上皮细胞及淋巴细胞杂交信号数平均分别为3.0±1.0及3.3±
The relationship between Sjgren's syndrome (SS) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) remains unclear. Previous studies have shown that EBV DNA or protein almost all in the salivary gland epithelial cells and not found in lymphocytes. The authors investigated the resected specimens of salivary glands of 7 Chinese SS patients and 8 salivary glands (salivary adenosis, 6 cases of salivary gland normal salivary gland tissue), which were completely consistent with the diagnostic criteria. The results showed that EBV DNA was expressed in 4 of 7 SS cases by DNA in situ hybridization, while the control salivary glands were negative. Positive, more than 30% of lymphocytes and epithelial cells see the hybridization signal.
