本文研究了新显色剂5-溴水杨基荧光酮(5-BSAF)与铁(Ⅲ)的显色反应。在pH5.0~6.0HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,铁(Ⅲ)与5-BSAF、CTMAB形成稳定的三元络合物,其吸收峰为585nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.53×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。铁浓度在0~8μg/25ml间服从比尔定律。用此法测定了饮料、葡萄酒等样品中微量铁,结果令人满意。
In this paper, the color reaction of 5-bromosalicylfluorone (5-BSAF) with iron (Ⅲ) was studied. Iron (Ⅲ) forms a stable ternary complex with 5-BSAF and CTMAB in pH5.0-6.0HAc-NaAc buffer medium with an absorption peak at 585nm and a molar absorptivity of 1.53 × 10-5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm -1. Beer’s law is obeyed for iron concentrations between 0 and 8 μg / 25 ml. This method was used to determine trace amounts of iron in samples such as beverages and wine, and the results were satisfactory.
