学困生是广大教育工作者长期面临的一个非常棘手的问题,且对于学困生的转化也是一个漫长且复杂的过程,尤其是其“反复”现象,极易引发学生失去学习信心,使得转化过程和教学管理陷入恶性循环中。本文以小学数学困难生的教学管理为研究对象,首先阐释了这一问题的成因,然后就笔者教学经验与相关理论知识,综合探讨了具体的转化策略,望本文的论述,能对当前小学数学困难生的转化与管理有所裨益。
Students with learning difficulties are a very troublesome problem that the majority of educators face for a long time, and it is also a long and complicated process for the transformation of students with learning difficulties.
