前言 GCr15钢制造的轴承套圈,经热处理淬火工序时,由于工艺规范不当:如淬火加热温度偏低、保温时间不足、冷却不够、以及淬火前的原始组织不够理想等,往往会出现软点现象。所谓软点是淬火零件未达到标准所规定的硬度值。对轴承零件而言,就是经过淬火后其表面硬度值有一点或数点低于JB1255-81标准中所规定的HRC61。轴承套图表面一旦出现软点现象,即为不合格产品。软点如产生在轴承的滚道上,耐磨性和疲劳强度将降低,轴承的寿命将大大缩短。一、情况介绍近来我厂在生产3620调心滚子轴承外圈时、经热处理淬火后,发现有区域性软点。在该区域内,其硬度值低于HRC61,出现HRC48至60的硬度值,而在该区域外1~2
