本文在加热炉供热系统优化数学模型研究的基础上,提出了加热炉分布式微机控制系统的Q-P数学模型最优控制策略,针对混合煤气热值波动大和粉煤量检测的困难,建议最优燃烧控制中采用空气量作为供热量的基准.
Based on the research of optimization mathematic model of heat supply system in heating furnace, this paper presents the optimal control strategy of Q-P mathematical model of distributed microcomputer control system in heating furnace. According to the difficulty of fluctuation of calorific value of mixed gas and the detection of coal mass, The optimum combustion control uses the air volume as a reference for the heat supply.
