目的检测髓母细胞瘤中PI3K、AKT及Nrf2蛋白的表达,探讨PI3K/AKT信号传导通路在髓母细胞瘤中的作用机制及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化Envision二步法检测33例髓母细胞瘤及17例对照脑组织中PI3K、AKT及Nrf2蛋白的表达,分析3种蛋白之间表达的相关性及其与髓母细胞瘤临床病理特征及类型的相关性。结果在33例髓母细胞瘤中,PI3K、AKT及Nrf2蛋白的表达率显著高于对照脑组织(P<0.05);PI3K、AKT及Nrf2蛋白的表达显著相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及肿瘤类型均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论 PI3K/AKT信号传导通路可能对髓母细胞瘤的发生、发展起重要作用,可能成为髓母细胞瘤诊治的新靶点。
Objective To detect the expression of PI3K, AKT and Nrf2 in medulloblastoma and to explore the mechanism and clinical significance of PI3K / AKT signal transduction pathway in medulloblastoma. Methods The expressions of PI3K, AKT and Nrf2 protein in 33 cases of medulloblastoma and 17 cases of control brain tissue were detected by immunohistochemical Envision two-step method. The correlation between the expression of the three proteins and their relationship with the clinical features of medulloblastoma Correlation of pathological features and types. Results The expression of PI3K, AKT and Nrf2 protein in 33 cases of medulloblastoma was significantly higher than that in control brain tissue (P <0.05), while the expression of PI3K, AKT and Nrf2 proteins was significantly correlated with that of control group (P <0.05) Age, sex, tumor size and tumor type had no significant correlation (P> 0.05). Conclusion PI3K / AKT signal transduction pathway may play an important role in the occurrence and development of medulloblastoma, which may become a new target of diagnosis and treatment of medulloblastoma.
