目的:研究山芝麻Helicteres angustifoliaLinn.根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS及HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从山芝麻根中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为山芝麻酸甲酯(1),白桦脂醇-3-乙酸酯(2),3β-acetoxy-27-(p-hydroxyl)benzoyloxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid methyl ester(3),3β-acetoxy-27-benzoyloxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid(4),3β-acetoxybetulinic acid(5),pyracrenic acid(6),葫芦素D(7),葫芦素B(8),异葫芦素D(9),3β-acetoxy-27-[(4-hydroxybenzoyl)oxy]olean-12-en-28-oic acid methyl ester(10),β-谷甾醇(11),2α,7β,20α-tri-hydroxy-3β,21-dimethoxy-5-pregnene(12),十六烷酸(13),胡萝卜苷(14)。结论:化合物5,8,9,13,14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Helicteres angustifolia Linn. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Sesamum indicum and identified as 3-acetoxy-27- (p-hydroxyl) benzoyloxylup (1), betulin 3-acetate (29) -en-28-oic acid methyl ester (3), 3β-acetoxy-27-benzoyloxylup-20 (29) -en-28-oic acid acid (6), cucurbitacin D (7), cucurbitacin B (8), isobucumin D (9), 3β-acetoxy-27 - [4-hydroxybenzoyl) oxy] olean-12-en-28- acid methyl ester (10), β-sitosterol (11), 2α, 7β, 20α-tri-hydroxy-3β, 21- dimethoxy-5-pregnene (12), palmitoleic acid ). Conclusion: Compounds 5, 8, 9, 13 and 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
