针对多单元企业,提出了两种单元间知识转移连接结构——跨边界者连接结构和相关网络连接结构,深入分析了两种连接结构下的知识转移交易成本。结果显示:跨边界者连接结构适用于转移复杂度较低的知识,相关网络连接结构适用于转移复杂度较高的知识,知识转移交易成本相等时的知识复杂度是选取两种结构的分界点。 For multi-unit enterprises, two inter-unit knowledge transfer connection structures-cross-border connection structures and related network connection structures are proposed, and the knowledge transfer transaction costs under the two connection structures are analyzed in depth. The results show that the cross-border connection structure is suitable for knowledge transfer with low complexity, and the related network connection structure is suitable for knowledge transfer with higher complexity. Knowledge complexity when the transaction costs are equal is the cut-off point .
