我厂的C534J型立车是50年代末的产品,经多年使用,精度较差。鉴于我厂生产中的需要,把工作台底座导轨和主轴轴承改装为静压结构。该机床改装前的结构:(1)工作台底座平面圆导轨为动压滑动导轨;(2)工作台主轴轴承结构是双列向心短圆柱轴承和单向推力球轴承。以上结构均由单独电动机驱动齿轮油泵进行循环润滑。一、改装后的结构 (1)静压油路系统见图1:在电机2工作下,油泵3把油箱中的油通过滤油网1吸入并压出,系统压力油由溢流阀4进行调整。油液经单向阀5、隙缝式滤油器6、纸质滤油器7、滑阀9以及反馈薄膜13分两路供给工作台底座静压平面圆导轨及主轴静压轴承。用20号液压油,油箱容量为380公斤,工作台浮起
