Morphology of sperm is an integral part of evaluating male fertility. However, the traditional analysis methods are greatly affected by human factors, especially not suitable for population survey and experimental research. To this end, we have designed a sperm morphology image processing system in order to evaluate the morphology of sperm with a more objective and simple method. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Six male BALB / c mice were fed at our laboratory for 10 weeks. After removal of the animal, the epididymis was taken out after the neck was removed. A few drops of normal saline were dropped after it was punctured. The skin was smeared with saline and turbid before it was air-dried and stained with Feulg (?) N. The essence of each mouse
