目前普遍使用的回转式或固定式车床液压夹紧油缸,都存在高速旋转密封的困难。由于结构上的限制,密封往往存在早期失效漏油。所以,我们使用了机械式夹紧装置,来车削加工汽车铝活塞。装置组成如下:壳体17固定在床头箱左端(附图),拉杆轴14与主轴同步旋转,还有两个推力轴承19、蝶形弹簧18、回位弹簧2以及一套传动机构。机构中的拉杆24与装在车床床头箱右端的手柄杆相连(图中未画),
Currently widely used rotary or fixed lathe hydraulic clamping cylinder, there are high-speed rotary seal difficult. Due to structural limitations, seals often have early failure oil spills. So, we used a mechanical clamping device to turn the car aluminum piston.
