【目的】明确湖北恩施“清江源”利川特色优质烟区烤烟的适宜移栽时期,为完善其栽培技术奠定基础。【方法】以云烟87为材料,2009~2011年连续3年对其不同移栽期处理的烤烟生长发育、经济性状、化学成分、烟叶评吸质量等进行分析。【结果】2010年烟苗大田移栽35、50 d后,相对以处理T3(5月21日)的烟株株高、叶数、叶长等性状显著高于其他处理;2011年移栽35、50 d后,相对以处理T3(6月4日)、T2(5月25日)的株高、叶数及叶长等性状表现较好。2009年各移栽处理中的烟叶产量、产值、上等烟和中上等烟比例、均价均以CK处理(5月13日)最高;2010和2011年各移栽处理的烟叶产量、产值、上等烟和中上等烟比例、烟叶均价表现分别为T4(CK,5月14日)>T3>T2>T1和T2(5月25日)>T4(CK,5月15日)>T3>T1。云烟87在5月13~25日移栽烤后烟叶(C3F)总体化学成分含量和感官评吸质量相对较好。【结论】“清江源”利川特色优质烟区烤烟云烟87移栽期以5月中下旬(5月13~25日)较为适宜。
【Objective】 The study aimed to clarify the suitable transplanting period of flue-cured tobacco with good quality tobacco in Enshi, Qingjiang River and Lichuan, Hubei Province, and lay a foundation for perfecting its cultivation techniques. 【Method】 Yunyan87 was used as material to analyze the growth and development, economic traits, chemical composition and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco treated with different transplanting periods for three consecutive years from 2009 to 2011. 【Result】 The plant height, leaf number and leaf length of tobacco plants were significantly higher than those of the other treatments after 35 and 50 days of transplanting of tobacco and seedling fields in 2010 (May 21). In 2011, 35 After 50 days, the plant height, leaf number and leaf length of T3 (June 4) and T2 (May 25) were relatively good. In 2009, the output of tobacco leaves, output value, the proportion of top and middle-class tobacco in all transplanting treatments were the highest in CK (May 13th); the output of tobacco in each transplanting in 2010 and 2011, the output value (CK, May 14)> T3> T2> T1 and T2 (May 25)> T4 (CK, May 15) > T3> T1. Yunyan87 showed relatively good overall chemical composition and sensory evaluation of smoking quality after being transplanted from May 13 to May 25. 【Conclusion】 The transplanting period of flue-cured tobacco cloud tobacco 87 with good quality tobacco in Lichuan, Qingjiang River is more suitable for middle and late May (May 13-25).
