报道了一种麻黄碱药物场效应管传感器。将药物敏感膜与离子敏感场效应管相结合,用tri-o-e-β-CD修饰传感器,测定麻黄碱。传感器对麻黄碱的线性响应范围是1.0×10~(-1)~3.0×10~(-6)mol/L,响应灵敏度为58.0 mV/pC(C的单位为mol/L),适宜pH范围为3.0~8.0。用所研制的传感器测定麻黄碱片剂的含量,结果和药典方法相一致。
A ephedrine drug field-effect tube sensor was reported. The drug-sensitive membrane was combined with ion-sensitive FETs and ephedrine was assayed using a tri-o-e-beta-CD modified sensor. The linear response range of the sensor to ephedrine is 1.0 × 10 -1 to 3.0 × 10 -6 mol / L, and the response sensitivity is 58.0 mV / pC (the unit of C is mol / L). The suitable pH range Is 3.0 to 8.0. Using the developed sensor to determine the content of ephedrine tablets, the results are consistent with the pharmacopoeia.
