以十一辊钢筋矫直机钢筋矫直系统总矫直力最小为目标函数,辊距为设计变量,对辊距进行优化分析,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立钢筋矫直系统模型,对钢筋进行动力学分析,获得钢筋矫直过程中的矫直力和直线度。通过与实验对比分析,探讨优化辊距对钢筋矫直系统矫直力和直线度的影响。研究结果对认识钢筋矫直过程的力学特性,提高钢筋矫直机设计水平具有一定的参考价值。
Taking the minimum total straightening force of the steel bar straightening system of eleven-roll steel bar straightening machine as the objective function, the roll gap is the design variable and the roller gap is optimized.
