采用体外扩散池法 ,以伤痛外搽宁中主要化学成分士的宁和马钱子碱的渗透量为指标 ,用高效毛细管电泳法定量检测透过的士的宁和马钱子碱的含量 ,优选最佳乙醇浓度。结果表明 ,样品中乙醇浓度为 60 %时渗透速率最佳。
The in vitro diffusion cell method was used to quantitatively detect the content of strychnine and strychnine that was transmitted through the penetrating amount of strychnine and strychnine, the main chemical constituents of Ningzhong and Ningzhong in the wound and pain area. The optimum ethanol concentration is preferred. The results showed that the penetration rate was the best when the ethanol concentration in the sample was 60%.
