以某EPC工程总承包企业为例进行实证研究,介绍平衡记分卡的导入流程及对企业战略实施的促进作用。平衡计分卡可以把EPC工程总承包企业的长期战略和短期行动有机联系起来,使战略在企业中更为有效地传递,保障企业战略的有效实施。
Taking an EPC general contracting enterprise as an example, this paper conducts an empirical research and introduces the introduction process of balanced scorecard and the promoting effect on the implementation of enterprise strategy. The Balanced Scorecard can organically link the long-term strategy and the short-term action of the EPC general contracting enterprise so that the strategy can be transmitted more effectively in the enterprise and the effective implementation of the enterprise strategy can be guaranteed.
