该文研究了激素种类、处理浓度和时间及基质种类等对金叶风箱果硬枝插条生根的影响 .结果显示 ,插条的最适直径为 0 .5cm左右 ,用 10 0mg/LIBA处理 5min ,插条的生根率可达 82 .5 %以上 ;IBA处理的插穗须根多 ,效果比NAA好 ;扦插基质以蛭石为佳 ,基质温度为 2 0～ 2 5℃最适
