在长输管道输送的原油中添加降凝剂并加热到一定温度,可以降低原油的凝点和粘度,从而改善原油的低温流变性。在管输原油中添加减阻剂,则可改变管道中油流的流态,减少沿程的摩阻损失,达到节能降耗的目的。添加降凝剂综合处理技术已成功地应用于低输量管道中,取得了显著的效益。在满输管道中,由于输量大、流速高、站间热损失小,各站设计的热负荷不具备进行第二次热处理的能力,同时各泵站也没有富裕压力,这就是降凝剂应用于满输管道的技术难点。通过在秦京输油管道进行的现场试验,说明在满输管道上用降凝剂有良好的应用前景,减阻剂使加剂原油的低温流变性恶化,因而把降凝剂和减阻剂联合使用意义不大。
