教师权利是我国学界关注的重点问题,尤其在《教师法》出台之后,教师权利更是成为学界广为讨论的主题。初期,学者大多从应然角度去认识教师权利。随着实践中教师权利问题不断涌现,探讨的重心开始从理论走向实践,研究教师权利的实际问题。本文尝试对有关教师权利的研究加以梳理,厘清其发展脉络并探讨未来研究趋势。
Teachers’ rights are the key issues concerned by our academic circles. Especially after the introduction of the Teacher’s Law, the rights of teachers have become the topics widely discussed in academia. In the beginning, most scholars learned the teacher’s right from the point of view. With the continuous emergence of teachers ’rights in practice, the center of gravity of the discussion begins to move from theory to practice and study the practical problems of teachers’ rights. This article attempts to sort out the research on teacher’s rights, clarify its development context and explore future research trends.
