利用超声心动图对9名中长跑运动员和9名投掷运动员赛前集训前后心脏形态结构和运动成绩进行了研究,结果发现:赛前集训后,中长跑运动员和投掷运动员心脏形态结构都发生了变化。但中长跑运动员LVEDD和LVM的增加比投掷运动员大,而投掷运动员LVPWD、LVPWS和IVSD的增加比中长跑运动员大,说明赛前集训后中长跑运动员主要是左室腔径扩大和左室心肌重量增加,而投掷运动员主要是左室壁厚度增加。中长跑运动员和投掷运动员运动成绩分别增加了4.98%和7.01%。本研究的目的是探讨赛前集训对运动员心脏形态结构的影响,揭示心脏形态结构的变化与运动成绩之间的相关性,从而为运动训练提供理论依据。
Echocardiography was used to study the morphology and sports performance of nine middle and long distance runners and nine throwing athletes before and after training. The results showed that heart shape and structure of middle and long distance runners and throwers changed after training . However, the increase of long-distance runners LVEDD and LVM was larger than that of throwers, while the increase of throwers LVPWD, LVPWS and IVSD was larger than that of middle and long distance runners, indicating that the middle-long distance runners after training are mainly the left ventricular cavity enlargement and left ventricular myocardial weight Increased while throwing athletes mainly increased LV wall thickness. Middle and long distance runners and throwing athletes increased by 4.98% and 7.01% respectively. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of pre-competition training on the morphological structure of athletes and to reveal the correlation between changes in cardiac morphology and sports performance, so as to provide a theoretical basis for exercise training.
