使用理论分析与计算机模拟的方法对某在建M310核电厂中化学和容积控制系统(RCV)的限流孔板RCV001/002/003DI进行计算;分析原设计中存在的振动剧烈和噪音超标的问题,验证使用对接焊四级限流孔板替代承插焊单长孔孔板的设计合理性。该项改进已在某在建和已运行的核电厂中得到实施和验证。
The theoretical analysis and computer simulation methods were used to calculate the current limiting orifice RCV001 / 002 / 003DI of a chemical and volume control system (RCV) in the M310 nuclear power plant. The problems of severe vibration and excessive noise in the original design were analyzed , Verify the use of butt welding four-stage current limiting orifice instead of socket welding single long hole plate design rationality. This improvement has been implemented and verified in a nuclear power plant under construction and in operation.
