相比于制造业,我国农业领域海外并购数量少,处于较弱地位。本文以中粮集团为例,选取其2011年并购澳大利亚Tully糖业与2014年并购新加坡来宝农业及荷兰尼德拉公司两个案例进行分析。研究发现,我国农业海外并购存在经验不足、遭遇政策不平等对待等问题。因此,本文分别从政府、行业及企业三个层面提出相关政策建议,以期为农业更好地“走出去”提供借鉴。
Compared with the manufacturing industry, the number of overseas mergers and acquisitions in China’s agricultural sector is relatively small, and it is in a weaker position. This paper uses COFCO as an example to select two cases in which Tully’s acquisition of Australia’s Tully Sugar Industry in 2011 and Singapore’s Noble’s Agriculture in 2014 and the Dutch Nesta Company in 2014 were analyzed. The study found that China’s agricultural overseas mergers and acquisitions have insufficient experience and encounter unequal policies. Therefore, this article proposes relevant policy recommendations from three levels of government, industry, and enterprise, with a view to providing a reference for better “going out” of agriculture.
