目的:比较吴茱萸汤颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂中指标性成分的含量差异。方法:采用不同高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定吴茱萸颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量,并对含量测定方法进行考察。结果:颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱质量浓度之和分别为47.32,13.49,12.60 mg·L~(-1),颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂中二者的质量浓度之和分别为传统汤剂的3.76,1.07倍;人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1质量浓度之和分别为335.23,345.28,307.39 mg·L~(-1)。颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂中二者的质量浓度之和分别为传统汤剂的1.09,1.12倍。结论:比较吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量时,颗粒剂与传统汤剂相差较大,而配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂基本一致;比较人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量时,颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂基本一致。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the contents of the indicated constituents in Evodia Decoction granules, formula granules and traditional decoctions. Methods: The contents of evodiamine, rutaecarpine, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in Evodia rutaecarpa Granules, Formula Granules and traditional decoctions were determined by HPLC. The determination methods were also studied. Results: The total contents of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in granule, formula granule and traditional decoction were 47.32, 13.49 and 12.60 mg · L -1, respectively. The mass of granule and formula granule The sum of the concentrations were 3.76 and 1.07 times that of traditional decoctions respectively. The sum of the concentrations of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 were 335.23, 345.28 and 307.39 mg · L -1, respectively. The total mass concentration of the two granules in the granule and the formula granule is 1.09 and 1.12 times that of the traditional decoction respectively. CONCLUSION: Compared with the traditional decoction, the granules of the evodiamine and rutaecarpine are basically the same when compared with the evodiamine and rutaecarpine, while the granules of the ginsenoside Re and the ginsenoside Rb1 are compared. Granules and traditional decoction basically the same.
