控制冷却贝氏体/马氏体球墨铸铁CCT曲线测定结果表明,控制冷却工艺可以获得B/M复相组织,此材料具有较高的贝氏体淬透性;贝氏体转变时以石墨球边界及石墨附近基体中奥氏体晶界为优先形核处;冲击磨料磨损试验表明,B/M复相球铁耐磨性与高铬铸铁相当,是高锰钢的2倍。
The results of CCT curves of controlled cooling bainite / martensite ductile cast iron show that B / M complex microstructure can be obtained by controlling the cooling process, and this material has high bainite hardenability. When bainite transformation, The boundaries and the austenite grain boundary in the matrix near the graphite are preferentially nucleated. The abrasion test of impact abrasive shows that the wear resistance of B / M duplex nodular iron is equivalent to that of high chromium cast iron and twice that of high manganese steel.
