利用大豆秸、大豆荚皮做培养料，在室内采用菌包式生料栽培平菇，试验结果表明，利用大豆秸、大豆荚皮栽培平菇是完全可行的，其生物转化率为95％～113％。
The cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus was carried out by using the baguette of soybean straw and soybean pod and the results showed that the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with soybean straw and soybean pod was completely feasible and the biological conversion rate was 95% 113%.
