DNA甲基转移酶抑制剂5氮杂胞苷导致了植物内生真菌小孢拟盘多毛孢次级代谢产物的明显变化。分析发酵液萃取物分离到一个新化合物4′-formamidophenyl-5-methoxybenzoate(1),和七个已知的聚酮4-hydroxybenzoic acid(2),LL-P880α(3),1′-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-pentyl-2H-pyran-2-one(4),pestalotiollide B(5),pestalotiopyrone G(6),endocrocin(7),and2′-hydroxy-6′-hydroxymethyl-4′-methylphenyl-2,6-dihydroxy-3-(2-isopentenyl)benzoate(8)。液相分析结果显示除了4以外,其他所有化合物都是新诱导产生的。所有化合物被证明没有明显的抗真菌活性。
5-azacytidine, a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor, led to significant changes in the secondary metabolites of the phytopathogenic Phosphatiospora thermophila. The fermentation broth extract was isolated from a novel 4’-formamidophenyl-5-methoxybenzoate (1) and seven known polyketones 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), LL-P880α 4-methoxy-6-pentyl-2H-pyran-2-one (4), pestalotiollide B (5), pestalotiopyrone G (6), endocrocin (7), and2’-hydroxy-6’-hydroxymethyl-4’-methylphenyl -2,6-dihydroxy-3- (2-isopentenyl) benzoate (8). Liquid phase analysis showed that all but four of the compounds were newly induced. All compounds proved to have no significant antifungal activity.
