目的:创建药学服务移动应用程序(APP),实现社区药师与患者的远程在线交流,提供精准的药学服务。方法:通过问卷调查、文献查阅和专家咨询,结合药学服务中的实际问题,设计药学服务APP的主要功能,包括药学资讯、合理用药、药学咨询、健康中心。结果:药学服务APP实现了患者与社区药师的对接。患者可通过APP客户端查询医院开具的处方信息,包括药品的基本信息,用法用量,还针对性地显示每个药品的相关提示。与此同时,患者能通过APP客户端及时咨询药师并提供药物使用效果反馈,弥补现有不良反应主要在医院收集的不足。结论:药学服务APP为患者与药师建立了一个新的远程沟通平台,是精准化药学服务的又一途径。
Purpose: To create a pharmacy mobile application (APP) that enables remote online communication between community pharmacists and patients to provide accurate pharmacy services. Methods: The main functions of pharmacy APP were designed through questionnaires, literature review and expert consultation, combined with the practical problems of pharmacy services, including pharmacy information, rational drug use, pharmacy consultation and health center. RESULTS: The Pharmacy Services APP enabled the docking of patients with community pharmacists. Patient can query the prescription information issued by the hospital through the APP client, including the basic information of drugs, the usage and dosage, as well as the pertinent prompts for each medicine. At the same time, patients can consult pharmacists and provide feedback on drug use effects through the APP client in time to make up for the deficiency of the existing adverse reactions mainly collected in the hospital. Conclusion: Pharmacy Services APP has established a new long-range communication platform for patients and pharmacists and is another avenue for precision pharmacy services.
