黑色素瘤是一种恶性程度高、易转移、预后差和化疗效果不明显的恶性肿瘤且黑色素瘤在我国目前呈现发病率递增趋势。细胞周期调控的紊乱是细胞发生癌变的根本因素。细胞周期蛋白(cyclin)、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(cyclindependent kinase,CDK)和细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂(cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor,CKI)调控网络调控细胞周期。Cyclin和CDK表达异常导致细胞周期紊乱,细胞增殖失控形成肿瘤。研究发现黑色素瘤的发生、转移与细胞周期蛋白密切相关。阐明细胞周期蛋白与黑色素瘤的关系对黑色素瘤的诊断、治疗和预后有重要意义。
Melanoma is a malignant tumor with a high degree of malignancy, easy metastasis, poor prognosis and no obvious chemotherapy effect. Melanoma is present in China with an increasing incidence. The disorder of cell cycle regulation is the fundamental factor of cell carcinogenesis. Cytokines such as cyclin, cyclindependent kinase (CDK) and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor (CKI) regulate the cell cycle. Abnormal Cyclin and CDK expression lead to cell cycle disorders, cell proliferation out of control to form tumors. The study found that the occurrence of melanoma, metastasis and cell cycle proteins are closely related. It is important to elucidate the relationship between cyclin and melanoma for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of melanoma.
