本文用放射免疫分析测定了16例急性脑梗塞病人的血浆内皮素,用比浊法测定了血小板聚集,用Fura-2/AM荧光技术测定了血小板内游离Ca2+含量。急性脑梗塞病人血浆内皮素明显升高(P<0.01),血小板聚集率增高(P<0.01),血小板内Ca2+含量增加(P<0.01).且观察到ADP诱导的血小板聚集与血小板内Ca2+含量之间呈正相关(r=0.78,P<0.01),而血浆内皮素与血小板聚集和血小板内Ca2+含量之间无相关性。结果提示,血浆内皮素在急性脑梗塞病人的发病中可能起一定的作用,脑梗塞在急性期,血小板功能处于活跃状态,易于聚集,形成血栓,可加重病情,而血浆内皮素对血小板功能可能无影响。
In this paper, plasma endothelin levels were measured in 16 patients with acute cerebral infarction by radioimmunoassay. Platelet aggregation was measured by turbidimetric method. The content of free Ca2 + in platelets was determined by Fura-2 / AM fluorescence assay. The level of plasma endothelin in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly increased (P <0.01), the platelet aggregation rate was increased (P <0.01), and the content of Ca2 + in platelet was increased (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between ADP-induced platelet aggregation and platelet Ca2 + content (r = 0.78, P <0.01). There was no correlation between plasma endothelin and platelet aggregation and platelet Ca2 + content. The results suggest that plasma endothelin in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction may play a role in cerebral infarction in acute stage, platelet function is active, easy to accumulate, the formation of thrombus, can aggravate the condition, and plasma endothelin on platelet function may no effect.
