三峡永久船闸决策系统是用于模拟船闸的运行调度过程的一套系统 ,本文研究的是该系统中的编排算法部分。闸室编排调度是一个NP—完全问题 ,本文首先建立解决该问题的数学模型 ,然后提出一个启发式算法 ,有效地解决了闸室面积利用率和过闸船舶优先级之间矛盾的问题 ,最后用试验数据说明该算法可提高三峡船闸的实际编排调度的效率
The decision-making system of the permanent ship lock of the Three Gorges Project is a set of system for simulating the operation scheduling of the ship lock. In this paper, the layout algorithm part of the system is studied. The scheduling of gate chamber scheduling is an NP-complete problem. Firstly, a mathematical model to solve the problem is established. Then, a heuristic algorithm is proposed to effectively solve the contradiction between gate area utilization and the priority of a tripped vessel. Finally, The experimental data show that the algorithm can improve the efficiency of the scheduling of the Three Gorges ship lock
