“ZAS”合金是以锌为基体添加一定的铜、铝、镁组成的冲压模具材料。用此材料制模可用铸造方法一次成型,省去了切削加工,是一种先进的制模技术。这种“ZAS”合金模具用于冲压,拉伸成型、吹塑、注塑、冲裁等许多工艺上,多用于压制1.6～3.2毫米各种板材零件,模具对拉伸成型使用寿命可达1～2万次。此材料具有强度高,熔点低,液体有良好的流动性、制模周期短,废旧模具可以反复重熔再制模,成本低等优点。国外已大量应用,我国也正在推广采用,效果很好。
“ZAS” alloy is zinc as the base to add a certain amount of copper, aluminum, magnesium stamping die material. With this material molding available casting method once molding, eliminating the need for cutting, is an advanced molding technology. This “ZAS” alloy mold is used for stamping, stretch forming, blow molding, injection molding, blanking and many other processes. It is mainly used for pressing a variety of plate parts of 1.6 to 3.2 mm. The service life of the mold for stretch molding can reach 1 ~ 20,000 times. The material has the advantages of high strength, low melting point, good fluidity of the liquid, short molding cycle, repeated mold re-melting of the used mold and low cost. A large number of foreign applications, China is also promoting the use of good results.
