英语课堂教学是教师训练学生英语技能及德育的主阵地,是中学生学习英语的主要途径,而搞好课堂管理不但是课堂教学得以顺利进行的有力保障,而且是提高教学质量的有效途径,因此构建课堂管理策略显得尤为重要和迫切。支持性的班级管理是当学生有不良行为征兆时,教师适时地使用技巧将学生导入正轨。换言之,学生不良行为将现或乍现,班级秩序略现浮动时,教师及时巧妙处理,将事端消灭在萌芽状态。
English classroom teaching is the main position for teachers to train students’ English skills and moral education and is the main way for secondary school students to learn English. To improve classroom management is not only a powerful guarantee for smooth classroom teaching, but also an effective way to improve teaching quality. Therefore, Classroom management strategy is particularly important and urgent. Supportive class management is the timely use of skills by teachers to bring students to the right track when students show signs of bad behavior. In other words, student misconduct will now or now appear, when the class order is slightly fluctuating, the teachers timely and cleverly handle the incident to eliminate the bud.
