采用搅拌摩擦点焊工艺对异种厚度的6061铝合金板进行焊接,并采用金相显微镜、显微硬度计、透射电镜和万能拉伸试验机等设备对搅拌摩擦点焊接头的微观组织和力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明,搅拌摩擦点焊工艺可以实现6061铝合金的可靠连接,焊点表面平整光滑,无明显缺陷生成。点焊接头由母材区、搅拌区、热影响区和热机械影响区四个区域组成,其中搅拌区晶粒细小,热影响区晶粒出现了粗化,热机械影响区晶粒发生了变形。随着搅拌头压入深度的增大,接头拉剪性能和剥离性能均增大,其最大值分别为4125、1796 N,当压入深度继续增大,接头软化严重,接头力学性能下降。
The friction stir spot welding process was used to weld the 6061 aluminum alloy plate with different thickness. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the friction stir welded joint were analyzed by metallographic microscope, microhardness tester, transmission electron microscope and universal tensile testing machine Test and analyze. The results show that the friction stir spot welding process can achieve a reliable connection of 6061 aluminum alloy, smooth and smooth welding spot, no obvious defects. The spot welding joint consists of four zones: base metal zone, stirring zone, heat-affected zone and thermo-mechanical influencing zone. The grains in the stirring zone are small and the grains in the heat affected zone are coarsened. The grains in the thermo-mechanical affected zone are deformed . With the increasing of the pressing depth, the tensile properties and the peel properties of the joint increased, the maximum values were 4125 and 1796 N, respectively. When the depth of press-in continued to increase, the joints softened severely and the joint mechanical properties decreased.
