根据法兰铸钢件的结构特点,设计了该铸钢件的铸造工艺方案。利用View-cast软件对该工艺方案进行了数值模拟。结果表明,铸件底部面积大,冷却快;铸件较高,中间处提前凝固;顶部冒口无法对铸件下部进行补缩,易在下部产生缩孔、缩松缺陷。通过改变分型面和浇注位置,同时将冒口改为保温冒口的方法,获得了较合理的铸造工艺方案。
According to the structural characteristics of the flange castings, the casting process of the castings is designed. The process scheme was simulated by View-cast software. The results show that the casting bottom area is large and the cooling is fast; the castings are high and solidified in advance in the middle; the top riser can not make up for the lower part of the casting, which tends to produce shrinkage cavity and shrinkage defects in the lower part. By changing the parting surface and pouring position, at the same time changing the riser to the riser, a more reasonable casting process scheme was obtained.
