介绍一种间接碘化标记蛋白质的方法,标记产物 ̄(125)I-ALD(A)放射性比活度为1.2MBq/μg。试验表明:由于减少了直接腆化标记对抗原的损伤,其特异性、稳定性等技术指标均能满足放射免疫工作的需求。
A method for the indirect iodination of labeled proteins was introduced. The specific activity of the labeled product (125) I-ALD (A) was 1.2 MBq / μg. The experiment shows that the technical indexes of specificity, stability and so on can meet the needs of radioimmunization due to the reduction of the damage caused by the direct labeling.
