目的探索高温、饥饿及多因素的环境改变对家兔血浆内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)影响。方法将90只健康中国白兔,随机分成心肌缺血组、心肌缺血低氧高温组、心肌缺血低氧组、心肌缺血饥饿组、心肌缺血低氧高温饥饿组、单纯饥饿组、单纯低氧组、单纯高温组和正常对照组,每组10只。以电灼心脏左前降支动脉实现心肌缺血,以吸入8.5%氮氧混合气体(91.5%为氮气,8.5%为氧气)实现低氧条件,高温条件为(42±2)℃。按各组的环境变化实验要求进行30min实验,然后抽取静脉血测各组血浆ET和NO含量。结果与对照组比较,除单纯饥饿组和单纯高温组外,其余6个组的ET含量均升高(P<0.05)。单纯高温组、心肌缺血饥饿组NO含量降低(P<0.05),其余各组均为降低趋势,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多因素的环境变化对血浆ET和NO含量均发生不同程度的影响。
Objective To explore the effects of high temperature, starvation and multifactorial environmental changes on plasma endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in rabbits. Methods Ninety healthy Chinese white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the myocardial ischemia group, the hypoxic-ischemic myocardial ischemia group, the myocardial ischemia hypoxia group, the myocardial ischemia-starvation group, the myocardial ischemia-hypoxic hyperpyrexia group, the starvation-only group, Simple hypoxia group, high temperature group and normal control group, 10 rats in each group. Myocardial ischemia was achieved by electrocautery of the left anterior descending artery, and hypoxia was achieved by inhalation of a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen 8.5% (91.5% for nitrogen and 8.5% for oxygen) at high temperature (42 ± 2) ° C. According to the environmental change experiment requirements of each group, 30min experiments were conducted, then the venous blood was taken to measure the content of plasma ET and NO in each group. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of ET in the other six groups were all increased (P <0.05) except the starvation group and the hyperthermia group. NO concentration in myocardial ischemia-starvation group was lower than that in simple hyperthermia group (P <0.05), while the other groups were decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The multi-factor environmental changes have different effects on plasma ET and NO levels.
